Toward our first hollow wooden surfboard making class by Paul Jensen, I and Nobby already discussed how we can work together to make this event happen in our trip in Chiba.
Nobby already invented his own method of making wooden surfboards so that he was familiar with materials to be prepared. He also helped me find a place to organize the class as he knew Chiba coastal areas, one of the most famous surfing destinations in Japan.
Chiba is closed to Nobby’s workshop and also close to Tokyo and Kanagawa prefectures, where potential participants are expected.
My responsibility was to collect participants to join the class.
Paul told me that 6 people needed to sign us the class to make the class happen.
